- Provide various login methods as customer’s need
• Fingerprint, pattern, password, Face ID
- Make the transaction from the main screen.
• View Frequent accounts information right after login
• Customize and arrange menu as customer’s need
- Convenient money transfer services
• Shinhan internal transfer, domestic transfer … integrated into one screen
• One-click transfer: Transfer money with registered template
• Transfer by contact: Transfer money immediately via Cell phone no.
- Easy to find bank product and accounts
• Quickly inquire transaction history
• Easily compare deposit product and open deposit accounts
*Note:
Shinhan Bank does not require financial information such as security card numbers,... to update application or strengthen security.
After installing Shinhan bank Vietnam SOL, to prevent harmful App installation, please access to "Setting> Security> Do not allow installation of unknown source”.
- In case of not updated new version, please uninstall and reinstall Shinhan Bank Vietnam SOL
- Cannot use on Tablet / Phone which has been rooted/jailbreak
Need access authority as below to use Shinhan Bank Vietnam SOL
(Mandatory) Mobile phone
Connect mobile phone to Contact Center, check ID and status of the phone.
(Mandatory) Storage Space
Provide User guide and Terms & Conditions in writing
* Compulsory access right is necessary for Shinhan Bank Vietnam SOL service. If it's refused, customer cannot access service normally
(Optional) Address book
Choose beneficiary when transferring to phone no.
*You can use Shinhan Bank Vietnam SOL although access right is refused. However the usage of some service will be limited
* You can set up at menu Settings > Application > Shinhan Bank Vietnam SOL
