My Home is a universal platform for an active citizen in accordance with the Smart City project.
The application works in cities: Kostroma region (Kostroma, Sharya, Nerekhta), Rybinsk, Aksai.
Installation of the application in a city or region is carried out with the assistance of local authorities and the support of the administration.
Depending on the settings of the city, the following modules are available to users:
Reporting problems. Send messages in accordance with the available types of problems (the available list of appeals is determined by the city administration). Your appeal will automatically go to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of work on your message, monitor the status change. If there are clarifying questions, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.
Outages and repairs. Learn about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always contains up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to addresses of interest and receive audio notifications with information on outages in your home.
Voting and social polls. On the project "My House", voting is held on the most pressing issues, touching upon such topics as transport, education, housing and communal services, issues of urban development. The administration of the city or region is in charge of the formation and conduct of voting, therefore the issues submitted for consideration are of great importance for the improvement and development of your city.
City Alerts. Receive alerts about important city events - messages about road repairs and bypass routes, a billboard with the schedule of city holidays, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergencies and much more.
City government plans. Find out what projects are currently being implemented in your city, keep abreast of city government plans for the coming years. Construction, reconstruction and repair of urban infrastructure facilities - all information is collected in one place! You will have at your fingertips data on price estimates, contractors and the current status of the project.
How does it work?
The functioning of the project on the territory of a city or region is carried out with the support of the administration.
Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supplying organizations, information departments of the city administration, dispatch services of management companies. Each organization has a specialized admin panel.
Information about city notifications, plans of city authorities comes from the departments of the city administration and the city press service.
