Q: I ordered an eBook, but it doesn't show up in the viewer. What should I do ?
A : Please check the order status in your mobile browser or Aladdin Shopping App My Account or My Account > E-Book Order on PC.
If "Product is being prepared" is displayed instead of "Order completed", the order processing was incomplete due to a temporary network failure, and the purchase history is not displayed in the viewer.
In PC Aladdin, please report to Customer Center One-to-One Consultation> E-Book> Disability Report Center or call (1544-2514) and we will take care of it.
If you do not see it in the viewer even though it is in the "Order Completed" status, there is a possibility of a content error.
Q: The book I have purchased is not displayed in the purchase list.
A : Pull down the purchase list screen to synchronize the entire purchase list. If it does not appear even after synchronizing the entire purchase list, it is most likely that the order was not processed properly.

Q: I bought a series of books, but they are separate.
A : There is a possibility that the book has not been processed as a series. If action is taken after reporting it to the customer center, pull down the purchase list screen to synchronize all.
Q: When I try to read a downloaded book, the message 'The book file could not be found' appears.
A : The book file may have been deleted by an external app (especially V3). If you use the cleaner function while the book is downloaded, you must exclude the Aladdin eBook app.
