The 75 Soft Challenge is a fitness and lifestyle program that involves completing specific tasks over the course of 75 days. It is the easier version of the 75 hard program. The tasks are broken down into two categories: physical challenges and mental/personal development challenges. Physical tasks include daily exercise, drinking a gallon of water, and eating well. Mental/personal development tasks include reading 10 pages of a personal development book, not watching TV or movies, and practicing gratitude. The goal of the challenge is to build self-discipline, mental toughness, and a healthy lifestyle. The tasks are :
Eat well and only drink on social occasions.
Train for 45 minutes per day and include one day of active recovery per week.
Drink 3 liters of water per day.
Read 10 pages of any book each day.
