Build your own train track and test drive the train. Can you handle today's mission?
Tågspelet is an app aimed at children under school age. The app is designed for Advent calendar 2015 of Swedish Yle, the Swedish-language unit at the Finnish public service broadcaster YLE. Tågspelet is free and there is no purchase inside the app.
The app works for tablets with Android 4.x and newer versions. The game is in Swedish, but by clicking on the image on the teddy bear in the game you get to hear a Finnish and Sami explanation of how the game works.
In the game you can build train track and drive train. The environment and the figures are from BUU club, particularly television series Hittehatt shown in BUU club at Yle Fem.
You can choose to build freely or to carry out today's missions.
If you choose to build free, you can build your own train track and decorate the landscape around by outsourcing such as trees, rocks, streams, and stations. When you are done, you can press the button with the locomotive to test drive the track. You control the speed by pulling the lever on the speed control. You can always switch between running train and build.
It pops up passengers at the stations. The ticket shows where the passenger wants to go. Pull the passenger of the train and drive to the right station. Pull the passenger from the train to the station house rises a passenger.
If you decide to carry today's mission is part of the track is already finished. Your mission is to complete the construction of the track so you can run the passenger all the way to the right station. Tickets shows where the passengers are headed.
You do not need connection to use this app after you have downloaded and installed it.
