Kattan brilliantly uses mostly concealer to make her nose look a bit thinner. So, if you're looking to emulate Kattan's contouring moves, we asked her to explain in step-by-step instructions how she mastered this feat.
Step 1: "Thin your nose by adding a concealer that's two shades lighter than your skin tone to the sides of the nose. I used Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger. Make sure you go up the nostrils and just along the bridge of the nose. Then straighten the bridge or, in the case of flatter noses, lift it by placing the the same concealer down the center of the bridge. If your nose is long, stop half an inch before reaching the end."

Step 1: "Add two lines along the bridge of the nose shaping the bridge, making it appear as thin as you like. For this, I used L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer in Toffee. Don't be afraid to go onto the bridge if necessary!"
Step 2: "Blend everything together using a mini Beautyblender, starting first with the lighter products using the rounded bottom, then the darker products using the pointed top. Make sure you really blend! If you are taking photos you may want to experiment with how obvious the lines are by snapping some pictures. Once it's all blended in, set your nose with a face powder using the regular-size Beautyblender."
Step 3: "Using a very light contour or ashy-brown eye shadow, emphasize the shape again by going over the darker lines. I like to use the Lorac Pro Contour Palette, and I used the Oval 3 from the Artis Elite Collection Makeup Brushes to apply it."
Step 4: "Set the lighter-highlighted areas with a powder two shades lighter than your skin, going into your beautiful nose makeup tutorials and right along the bridge. I set the powder with a Morphe Large Round Blender Brush."
Kattan's final tip? Don't worry about making sure it looks ultra-natural. You contoured for a reason. "It's OK if it shows a tiny bit," says Kattan. "There's really a fine line between when it's blended into an invisible contour and when it shows too much." Oh, and in case you were wondering, Kattan was wearing Huda Lashes in Sasha during the tutorial.
