Combining the ideal workout split of 2 high intensity workouts & 2 strength workouts per week, Build & Burn gives YOU a perfect routine to help you reach your fitness goals in just 30 minutes per day.
The workouts are designed with minimal equipment so they can be done at home, but each workout offers gym alternatives so if you have access to more equipment, you can use it!
The video on-demand library has a ton of follow along workouts you can access at any time. 1-2 new follow along workout videos are added every single week and include workouts in the following categories: no equipment, full workouts, yoga/mobility, quick HIIT, and pelvic floor & core.
