Cinco de Mayo Backgammon is a themed classic backgammon game meant to be played by players of all ages and skill levels! Backgammon is quite simple, so use the easy difficulty to learn your way around the game, and up that difficulty as your game gets better. Everyone will love this backgammon game! Roll the dice to move your pieces around the board. Once all your pieces make it into the upper right quadrant of the board you can start bearing them off. In backgammon, bearing off means you move your pieces safely off the board. Move them all off before your opponent to win! When you are moving around the Cinco de Mayo backgammon board, if you leave a piece alone in a space, that piece can be sent back home to start its journey again around the board if the opponent lands on that exact space. When you roll doubles, you are able to have four moves instead of two! The doubling cube is a fun option that changes the game a bit. At any time if a player thinks he or she will win, the player can use the doubling cube. If the cube is accepted, the game continues, just with double the points. If it is declined though, the declining player will then forfeit the game to the player who used the doubling cube. It adds a fun new exciting aspect the Cinco de Mayo Backgammon. Try it sometime!
