The "Connect with ERIC" app is a self-service platform where employees can nominate their co-workers and/or direct reports in recognition for going above and beyond their normal job duties. The points that employees receive from these nominations can then be used for a wide variety of items from the online catalog, from retail merchandise to events such as concerts and travel.
