Lasagna
Lasagne or lasagna is also an Italian dish made of stacked layers of flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù (ground meats and tomato sauce) and other vegetables, cheese (which may include ricotta and parmesan), and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil. The dish may be topped with melted grated mozzarella cheese. Typically, the cooked pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.

How to cook Lasagne:
* In a large saucepan, cook the sausage, beef, onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain the fat.
* Add the tomatoes, paste, sauce, water, sugar basil, fennel, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir well.
* Simmer, covered, over low heat, stirring occasionally.
* Place the lasagna noodles in a pan of hot water and make certain they are completely covered. Allow them soften, then drain the water.
* In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg and nutmeg.
* Mix the Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

Pasta
Pasta is a food made from starch and water. It is usually cooked in hot water before being eaten. Pasta has been very popular in Italy and has also been eaten in many parts of Asia for a long time. It is also the national dish of Italy. Pasta is often noodles. It is usually eaten in sauce, fried or in soup. Pasta is usually made from either wheat flour or rice flour, but it can be made with other types of flour. Pasta sometimes has eggs in it. Pasta comes in many different shapes and sizes. Long pasta is named noodles. it has different names for each width. the name also changes if the edge is wavy. Short pasta comes in many shapes, each with a different name. they are named after what they look like.

Pasta making Recipe:
* Brown the ground beef in skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain well.
* Combine the chicken broth, half and half, and cheese soup together in a large bowl with the seasonings.
* Into a well-greased slow cooker, pour in the rotini pasta, ground turkey, soup mixture, and half of the cheese mixture, and sliced butter. Mix it together.
* Top with remaining cheese.

Noodle:
Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, stretched or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage or dried and stored for future use. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added. They are also often pan-fried or deep-fried. Noodle dishes can include a sauce or noodles can be put into soup. The material composition and geocultural origin is specific to each type of a wide variety of noodles. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures like Chinese noodles, Japanese noodles, Korean noodles, Filipino noodles, Vietnamese noodles and Italian pasta.

Noodles cooking Recipes:
* Set the instant pot to saute and brown the ground beef and onion. Drain off any fat.
* Add 1 can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Rotel, mushrooms and/or pepperoni (if desired), 3 ounces of tomato paste and seasonings.
* Set pressure cooker to manual setting, high pressure for 4 minutes. When finished, do a quick release.
* When the quick release has finished, open up the pot and add in linguine (broken in half), the second can of tomato sauce, and the remainder of the tomato paste. Push the pasta down into the rest of the sauce and break it up a little.
* Put the pressure cooker lid back on, set on manual setting, high pressure. High pressure gives us the texture of spaghetti that we like. If the noodles aren't as done as you like them after you take the lid off, quickly put the lid back on and seal it (but don't turn on the Instant Pot). Allow it to just sit for an additional 5 minutes or so and the noodles will continue to soften.
* After another quick release, add some Parmesan cheese and parsley to garnish, if desired.
