DER lets drivers report an “event” (Crash, License Violation) from the app.
DER (Driver Event Report) by eDriving enables drivers to submit to employers and interested parties the information and photos required after a collision, license violation, or near-miss to aid the risk management process and minimize costs. Event details and images can be submitted from the app to the accident/fleet management company to initiate vehicle repairs; to the insurer/broker to initiate claims processing; and to the employer for causation analysis, driver coaching, and risk scoring.
