An AR app created at Drexel, based on characters & drawings by patients at CHOP.
DU/CHOP-OPTIMISM was developed by students at Drexel University in partnership with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Students in Drexel's "Story Medicine" community learning project enabled patients at CHOP to create imaginary characters of their own, which were then brought into 3D, Augmented Reality animations that are activated by aiming your device's camera at images on specially designed trading cards or posters.
