“Dog Vision Simulator” app simulates dog eyesight using your phone camera. This awesome tool will show you how the world looks like through your dog’ s eyes. Check by yourself what kind of colors or shapes your puppy dog is able to see. Find out if your dog is able to distinguish his favourite toys by the color, if he sees glass window or if his kennel color fits his bowl color ;)

How does it work?:
Most of humans have three color receptor cells (red, green and blue). Dogs, like almost all mammals are dichromate. It means that, they have only two color receptor cells (yellow and blue).
Their eyesight is equivalent to red–green color blindness in humans. “Dog Vision Simulator” takes view stream directly from camera and processes it to simulate dog vision using only two color receptor cells (yellow and blue).
Main “Dog Vision Simulator” features:
• dog vision simulation on whole screen or vertical, horizontal split screen (half dog, half human)
• front / back camera switch
• save actual simulation view as image in photo album
• the same view for split screen option
