Since 1999 the Il Dolcefreddo ice cream shop has been making tasty ice creams for every palate.

Its philosophy has always been to offer genuine products prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients in the case of fruit ice cream. What sets us apart from all other ice cream shops?

The ice cream we produce daily is handmade, we only use high quality raw materials. This distinguishes it from the industrial ice cream that is produced, stored and then distributed.

As artisans, we would like to underline the will and self-denial of those who daily offer genuine ice cream using only milk, sugar, Bronte pistachio D.O.P, hazelnut I.G.P. del Piemonte, Thaiti vanilla and carefully selecting the best ingredients for you.

All this while respecting the artisans who, with many sacrifices, prepare quality ice creams and carry on the banner of artisanal ice cream around the world and spread the name of ice cream as a unique synonym of freshness, quality and Italianness. We select the best raw materials to obtain the best flavors.

We only use fresh whole milk, fresh cream, sugar and water.
We do not use synthetic flavors
We do not use dyes: the color of the ice cream is the natural one.
