EDP Service app lets PMPS Customers who are enrolled in Express Decision Portal (EDP) Platform to view and raise service requests for their entitled fleet though this mobile app. This app allows the user to see recent service history for a printer, raise new service request, view status of service request and mark few of their printers as favorite printers.
