Michael Zuchelli and Andrew Meditz’s vision that the staff of the facility can also be the amenity! Michael and Andrew created Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. in 2006 when they recognized there was a lack of customer service and attention to detail that was becoming common practice in the industry. While working for another lifestyle management company as managers Michael and Andrew observed a lack of oversight, innovation and creativity by Supervisors and Upper Management. It was at that moment that they decided that their vision would become a reality and Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has not looked back since. Starting with just one contract and 30 employees Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has grown to proudly employ over 400 Elite team members and serve over 50 contracts spread out between Suffolk County, Nassau County, Westchester County and all 5 boroughs of NYC. Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has also grown to include services like swimming pool construction, amenity design & consulting and fitness center renovations.
