You can view Total Time and Total Miles and ExerBike will show you your average resistance level so that you can step up your workout.
Touch a session on the list and get a detailed perspective of that session. You can see how many calories were burned and your average speed for the session. ExerBike will even give you encouragement by showing when you break record speed, distance or calories.
ExerBike has a built in resistance change calculator. For example. If during one session you change your resistance levels, you can enter in how many miles you did at each resistance level and it will calculate your average resistance for that session.
