Train your eyes and get rid of tired eyes, glasses and vision problems.
We prepared 6 sets of exercises (from 3 to 20 minutes per training set), composed by best eye exercises from Vision therapy, Eye yoga, Bates methods and other eye recovery/training systems.
Exercises were chosen to be as “discreet” as possible to outside world. You can discretely train during the regular day activities (waiting for a train, …) or work activities (3/5 minutes training break during the working day).
Eye Doctor Trainer implements system of eye testing that record your current eyesight and allows you to track your recovery progress. You can retest you vision anytime and compare results with older records. Graph of training activity and eye test results serves for evaluating efficiency of length of training per vision correction.
Eye Doctor Trainer cannot guarantee success of eye recovery, despite the fact that most people regularly training eye exercises are reporting successful results and at least partial improvement of eyesight. 30-50% people referring 0.5 - 1.0 diopter recovery. (There is no magic in it – If you are training, your muscles are getting stronger and are working better).
Take your glasses or lenses off before each training or eye test. If you feel any problems during the training rather stop and avoid training for few next days, if problems remains consult to your doctor.
