Visualizer of currently playing music. Try sliding up/down to change the color and double tap to change the figure.

Visualizer doesn't play music. Turn on music using any of your media players and go back to the desktop.
To access live wallpaper (it can't be opened from Google Play!):
Long tap on desktop -> WALLPAPERS -> Music geometry... -> Set wallpaper
OR
HOME -> MENU -> Wallpaper -> Live Wallpapers -> Music Geometry
