Let's make your own gift box
Hi Friends, today We’ve got a fun little diyupcycle for you. Ever have something come up and you need a gift box? That totally happened to us and while We were going through our stash looking for a gift box We came across our old phone case box. Not overly beautiful as is, but such a fun shape We immediately wanted to make an Upcycled Gift Box DIY.
There are LOTS of different ways you can great a Gift Box DIY! You can make a Gift box from paper or fabric, you can decorate an old shoe box and turn it into a gift box. Or you can take the humble TP Roll and create some fabulous shapes and designs – perfect Gift Box DIY that you can use as party favours. You can make themed DIY Gift Boxes for Halloween or Easter and you can use printables or origami.
The Gift Box DIY ideas shared here today are design to be fun and quirky! As gift boxes are often discarded, the ideas shared here today are also simple and inexpensive, often using recycled materials. And We would love to hear of any additional ideas you may have.
So it’s spring and We have a couple of friends who need a little spring “pick me up” so We decided to make these Gift Box DIYs to cheer them up! We’ve seen a method of making this box using a paper plate but when you have a Minc machine, paper plates just will NOT do! so we are going to make these boxes pretty!
This is our first year of doing teacher gifts and We are so excited! Excited and a little overwhelmed. Our son has two teachers at school, plus he’s told us he wants to get something for his Spanish, art and music teacher too. Plus we’ve got our boys’ primary teachers so that’s almost 10 teachers to buy gifts for. We don’t know about you but We don’t have the money (or the time) to buy/make gifts for 10 teachers.
