Our signature bread – Honey Whole Wheat – is made from just five high-quality ingredients: fresh-ground whole wheat flour, water, yeast, salt and honey. That’s it. Over time, we’ve branched out to develop an array of products with a nod to our roots. Our bakery cafes are locally famous for their great-tasting, slow-made-from-scratch food that goes far beyond our five-ingredient Honey Whole Wheat.
