HP Device Bridge for Android allows users to attach Android devices to the HP S430c 43” Ultrawide Monitor along with another host which could be a Windows, MacOS, or Ubuntu® Linux® device. All the attached hosts must have the HP Device Bridge application for the particular operating system installed and be attached to the display’s USB-C ports to enable the following functions:
• Control of applications on both attached hosts with a single keyboard and mouse by simply moving the cursor to the application window on either host
• Copy and Paste files and data between applications on both attached hosts by moving the cursor one host, to the file or data to be copied, select the data or file, and use the OS “copy” function to move the file or data to the buffer of the display and then move the cursor to the application or location on the other host and use the OS “paste” function to transfer the file or data to the application or location on the target host.
• Microsoft Office 365 application files may be moved between attached hosts
• Transfer of files and data can be done to and from either attached host
