The BIBLE is more than a historical treasure or a literary classic to be preserved, admired or applauded. It is more than a set of documents on the basis of which talents of learned men can be exalted.

The BIBLE is the greatest of all the works of the Creator. He reveals his mind, expresses his will and manifests his power through words that, among many other purposes, have the power to take away death and bring to light the life and immortality of those who read with faith.

Do not assume then the reader who has in his hands a book that man could have written if he wanted to. His wonderful unity and continuity, and his predictions fulfilled, show the transcendent and supernatural character of the Work.

Know, on the other hand, that it is not a book that man would have wanted to write if he could, because he consistently speaks against him and without respect for people, testifies against him, exhibiting his rebellions, perversions and failures.

If, with our adult mind, on the other hand, we believe that we live on a planet visited by God made flesh, then, the words that He says are of such importance that, when considering the Precious Text, it will be impossible to abstract from the Book confronts issues that exceed the limits of our temporary room.

Faced with this reality, not the one who pretends, but who humbly aspires to translate the Exact Author, has to admit ipso facto the limitations and futility of relying on human disciplines, and recognize that, just as with the ALL-POWERFUL one it is not possible to approach vain repetitions, neither before his WORD is it possible to do it with the loquacity of a liberal spirit, as if it were dealt with prolegomena and comments of dictionaries or encyclopedias.

Do not; before the Book, one has to approach with contrite spirit, heart made henna and prostrate attitude; with simple faith and bare feet, clean of the worldly mud of human philosophies, because in this particular case, it is not the reader who judges the Book, but the Book the reader.
