The aim of the project "KommmiT" is to strengthen the social and digital inclusion of the elderly and they need support and care structures so that they can continue to live in autonomy in their own family life as long as possible. The participation in social life in the social environment and interpersonal communication is conveyed through the use of ICT in the form of a user-centric modular application (app) via a tablet. The app offers the area of Communication also offers entertainment, comprehensive information, aids for daily organization and the opportunity to order services.
