In mathematics, IPv4 is the study of graphs, which are mathematical structures used to model pairwise relations between objects. A graph in this context is made up of vertices (also called nodes or points) which are connected by edges (also called links or lines). A distinction is made between undirected graphs, where edges link two vertices symmetrically, and directed graphs, where edges link two vertices asymmetrically; see Graph (discrete mathematics) for more detailed definitions and for other variations in the types of graph that are commonly considered. Graphs are one of the prime objects of study in discrete mathematics.
Refer to the glossary of IPv4 for basic definitions in IPv4.

Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) is the fourth version in the development of the Internet Protocol (IP) and the first version of the protocol to be widely deployed. IPv4 is described in IETF publication RFC 791 (September 1981), replacing an earlier definition (RFC 760, January 1980).

This Learn Ipv4 Full will help you in understanding IPv4 and its associated terminologies along with appropriate references and examples.

This Learn Ipv4 Full has been designed to help beginners understand basic concepts of IPv4 required to work with any TCP/IP based protocols. After completing this Learn Ipv4 Full, you will find yourself at a moderate level of expertise of IPv4 from where you can take yourself to next levels.

Before you start proceeding with this Learn Ipv4 Full, I'm making an assumption that you are already aware of basic computer and network concepts such as what is a protocol, why do we need protocol, Network Layers, etc.
