Our team studied on human body and consult with some of yoga masters and workout trainers.
And finally we observe that to get a fit body we need to do Yoga, Workout and Running in daily life.
In this app we divide your weekly schedule in three part.
1.Yoga 2.Workout 3.Running
3 days for Yoga
3 days for Workout
1 day for Running
At signup time this app will collect required information about your body.
And according to your body this app will tell you which asanas and which exercises you should do to get a fit body.
In this app there are three section.
1. Yoga Section :-
First of all app will tell you what is yoga and its history.
Your Trainer will tell you which asanas you have to do.
There will be 10 asanas which you have to do.
You can see all the Asanas, there description and their working.
You can see your stats.
2. Workout Section :-
This is also same as Yoga section.
First of all it tells you all the types of workouts.
It also provides you diet chart for “weight gain” and “weight loose”.
Your Trainer will tell you which exercises you have to do.
There will be 10 exercises which you have to do.
First 4 exercises will stretching type and rest will according to your body.
You can see workouts on a particular body part.
You can see your stats.
3.Running Section :-
This section tells you about Running.
This section record your path, show how much you ran and what was your speed.
