Application by Medical Office, WASA, LDA for WASA Employees to send slip requests using a smart phone. Employees must enter a valid ticket number, CNIC number and mobile number and then they can select a hospital or pharmacy, they want to visit. The user must provide a doctor's prescription for tests and medicine using his phone camera.
