Simply to use to associate a mobile app credit card reader that connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to your mobile device.

In use, the payment experience is similar to that of conventional terminals payments (TPEs)
1. Start your application Monetico Mobile digital box and enter the information of the payment to be made.
2. The consumer inserts a bank card into the reader Monetico Mobile. The amount is transferred to the reader, the customer enters their PIN securely and confidentially and valid payment request.
3. The transaction is then sent over the wireless network to the bank servers for processing. All data transmitted by the reader is encrypted to ensure the security of the transaction.
4. An electronic payment receipt of the transaction can then be sent by SMS or email to the consumer.

The Monetico Mobile application also allows you to:
• View your list of transactions
• Issue a refund
• Consult the FAQs directly from the application

The service has a phone 24h/24 and 7/7 support
Compatible phones:
The application works with Android phones from version 2.3.
We found some inconsistencies with Bluetooth phones with OS 2.3.6 (Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Y ...) so we recommend you subscribe to the service if you have these phones.
Permissions:
To use all the features of the service application will ask you the following permissions:
• Take Photos and Videos: this allows you to assign a photo to a transaction (for example the product sold)
• GPS Position: To geotag your payments.
• Read the Google service configuration: to display Google Maps with the geolocation of payment.
• Full Internet Access: service request permission to the bank to process the transaction, why 3G/4G/WIFI a connection is required.
• Create Bluetooth connections: phone communicates via Bluetooth with the card reader.
• Bluetooth Settings: to check whether you have turned Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
• Prevent the phone goes into standby mode: only used during a transaction.
