- Customise Deck,save, delete and switch between them

- Ongoing Schemes are now fully supported
- - displays ongoing schemes seperate as thumbnails you can zoom in,view and dismiss them.
- - Active Ongoing schemes are removed from deck until dismissed upon which are returned to the bottom of the deck
