We want to help equip the next generation for employment, to become creative innovators in our company, successful agripreneurs, entrepreneurs and game changers regardless of their field or level of expertise.
Our Nestle Needs YOUth initiative is about helping 10 million young people around the world have access to economic opportunities. Nesternship supports the youth by providing internship to these aspirants and help them develop their skills. The application supports the interns and the markets to better manage the process. This will be an End to End application supporting registering to the internship process, onboarding of the Interns and engaging them throughout the Nesternship Journey. The app will give an overview of the Nestle as an organization in the respective country, support engaging with leaders and fellow interns and also to keep a track on their internship milestones till the nestern can generate a certificate of completion. The application serves as a platform to learn key skills by providing access to new learning courses carefully curated for the audience accessing the application. Overall this would be a great support to the Nestle Needs YOUth initiative.
