- Customers using LG U+
※ You can sign up and use only your mobile phone under your name.
※ You can also use it on mobile phones under the corporate name of LG U+ and MVNOs (affordable phones).
However, it is not available for affordable phones (corporate).
※ Children under the age of 14 can use the service after the consent of their guardian (legal representative).

[Information Use]
- The PASS service is a free service provided by LG U+.
- Sign up: After installing the app, when you complete your identity verification, register your password or biometric authentication information to use in the PASS app to complete your service subscription.
-Simple identity verification: If you complete authentication through the PASS app, simple identity verification is completed. If you set app notifications to ON, you can use it faster. (No notification when authentication is attempted after deleting the app)
- Mobile driver's license confirmation: You can register your driver's license in the PASS app and use it safely online / offline. In particular, offline, verification is completed when the institution/verifier who requested the QR code/barcode on the mobile driver's license screen reads the code.
-Resident registration card mobile verification: You can register the information contained in your resident registration card in the PASS app to verify your identity without a real resident registration card. Authenticity verification is completed when the institution/verifier reads the QR code offline.
- PASS certificate: You can receive and use a certificate after completing identity verification and account verification under your name. The issued certificate is valid for 3 years.
- Real-time financial fraud warning: You can receive a pop-up notification when you receive a call or text message from a suspected number of spam, fraud, or phishing by setting spam/fraud alert information.
[Notice]
- Available from Android OS 5.1 or later, and the fingerprint (Android OS 6.0 or later) method may be limited depending on the phone model.
- For foreign terminals, it is available from Android OS 6.0 or higher.
- Terminals released by other carriers may be restricted from using the service.
- If you change the mobile phone usage environment arbitrarily (rooting, hacking, etc.), the PASS service may not work.
- The app password is not stored separately for privacy protection, so please be careful not to forget the password!

[PASS access rights]
1. Essential access rights
-Call permission: Required to obtain mobile phone status information so that you can manage or connect the call status required to connect to the customer center.
2. Optional access rights
-Storage space permission: Used to store certificates in storage and attach images or photos when using additional services.
-Camera permission: QR code authentication, used when taking pictures.
- Bio information authority: Used for fingerprint authentication for identity verification.
- Location information authority: Used to confirm the location of the device when submitting (transmitting) a mobile driver's license confirmation to financial institutions, public institutions, etc.
-SMS Permission: Required to use spam/fraud/phishing/smishing detection function of incoming SMS.
- Phone permission: Required to use the spam/fraud/phishing/smishing detection function of incoming calls.
-Call log permission: Required to use the spam/fraud/phishing/smishing detection function of incoming calls.
-Address book authority: Only numbers not in the address book are required to use the caution information guide function.
