In this way the plan adapts to your progress and your abilities every step of the way. If the goals are too difficult to reach, the plan will know and will adjust to your needs. As you receive articles, goals, and guidance on things like nutrition, daily activity levels, and exercise, you will gradually create new, healthy habits for a new, healthy lifestyle – one day at a time.
