Teach your kids how to read English words using this fun app
Pictureless is a flashcard app that consists of nothing but words. Words without picture so kids actually learn how to read English rather than associating words with pictures.
--== Main focus ==--
- Phonics Words -
Words that aim to teach the letter sounds and then builds up to blending these sounds together to achieve full pronunciation of whole words
- Camera Words -
A group of words in the English language that children like to use in their speech and in their writing that cannot be decoded or need advanced skills to do so. For example: was, the and friend. Children want to read and spell these words right at the beginning of their schooling.
- Sight Words -
Commonly used words that young children are encouraged to memorize as a whole by sight, so that they can automatically recognize these words in print without having to use any strategies to decode.
There are two modes :
Learn : Tilt device forward and backward to go to the next or previous card. Teach the student by reading out loud to them. There is no time limit in this mode and you can learn at your own pace.

Play : This is like a test, the student will try to read as many cards as possible correctly in 1 minute. Tilt forward if he/she reads it correctly otherwise backwards for an incorrect answer or pass.

- Parents can create their own custom deck if they find the built-in decks are not enough for their needs.
- Parental Gate : There are some deck of flashcards require in-app purchase to unlock. Parents need not to worry as kids won't be able to accidentally purchase them easily since we implemented a "Parental Gate".
