Planetshares® is a simple and user-friendly application that allows shareholders, from listed and unlisted companies, registered on nominative form at BNP Paribas Securities Services.
Access is secure by an identifier, access code and password. You have also the ability to use function Touch Id or Face Id of your terminal (smartphone or tablet).
Planetshares® let you:
- manage your personal and settlement information, and also the subscription to electronic services
- manage your assets and send all your request to BNP Paribas Securities services
- consult your portfolio and your operations
- access to historic price of your shares
- answer online to your participation to a shareholder plan or to a corporate actions
- consult and upload your portfolio and other electronic documents which are at your disposition
But also
- instruct an operation: instruct a purchase or sale of shares or exercise or cashless exercise of your options
- Connect to Votaccess platform which let you:
o Request an admission card
o Consult documentation and positions details
o Give power to President or somebody else
o Vote to resolutions by correspondance
You can also send all your request to BNP Paribas Securities Services through the contact form which is available on all screens (to unlock your account, follow an operation, functional assistance, etc..)
