Radar COVID was the application designed and directed by the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence of the Government of Spain to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). It was disconnected and unpublished on 10/09/2022, as agreed with the Ministry of Health.
Radar COVID anonymously warned of the possible contact you may have had in the last 14 days with a person who has been infected using Bluetooth low energy technology.
Radar COVID also allowed:
- Communicate your positive diagnosis anonymously.
- Communicate the exposure anonymously to people with whom you have been in contact
Radar COVID always guaranteed security and privacy and was 100% anonymous. For this reason, they did not ask for your name, your telephone number, or your email.
