RRP facilitates to Relstar Lubricant Channel Partners and Registered Members
RRP Mobile Application is offered to Relstar Lubricant Channel Partners and Registered Members.
The mobile application will enable the Members & DSR’s with the following:
3. Establish a direct connect with Members who are key influencers for Lubricant Sale.
4. Easy access and management of loyalty points accrual and redemption.
5. Helps DSR’s to manage their Member network efficiently
6. Transition from SMS based loyalty to application/web based loyalty through QR code
a. Relstar Relationship Programme for the Members is an enhancement to the current version with mobility benefits. This app will replace the current process of accrual and redemption done by the Members / DSRs through sms. Using this app the User / Mechanic can accrue the Loyalty points in the coupon by scanning the QR Code or through manually entering the Coupon code. He can also redeem the Loyalty points through the app. The DSR can also accrue / redeem the points on behalf of the Members . The DSR can also register a new Member using this Mobile Application and mange his Member network efficiently
