In a wonderful corner, whose name I always will remember, there was a smallRestaurant........... That is how we could start some dedicated lines about the Restaurant Don Quijote, situated in Puerto Rico in the community of Mogan on the island of Grand Canary and sure that we could go on "imitating" the prose of the distinguished Miguel de Cervantes, but of course it´s not the target of this site to do so, but we want to let you know this place dedicated to a simple cuisine with a very high acceptance between its distinguished, cordial and numerous clientele.
The Restaurant has visitors of many different nationalities, both a high percentage of local people and guests from all the other countries that choose our marvellous beach to spend their holidays. When Elsa and Pachi started their way hand in hand, that were difficult moments, but full of great aspirations. It was to begin of nothing.
