Rosalía Vila (born September 25, 1993) is a Spanish singer of Catalan origin (Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Spain). Known as Rosalía, she represents the fusion between current urban music in Spain and the new flamenco wave. Los Angeles is her debut album.

El segundo álbum de Rosalía, El Mal Querer, incluye 11 nuevos temas. En el disco hay sonidos que van desde la seguidilla, al tango y el fandango, que se fusionan con ritmos propios del pop o de la electrónica, ya que Rosalía escuchó mucho pop en los 2000 y quería hacerle un homenaje a dicha música.
Partiendo de una novela de autor anónimo del siglo XIV titulada Flamenca, Rosalía desarrolla su propia trama para entregar una obra redonda que no es solo una colección de canciones. El resultado es tan personal como inclasificable y por eso ella misma reflexiona en voz alta:

In the disc there are sounds that go from the seguidilla, to the tango and the fandango, that are fused with own rhythms of the pop or the electronics, since Rosalía listened to many pop songs in the 2000 and wanted to do a tribute to that music.
