Safe Migration for Cambodia
Safe Migration for Cambodia is an information system for potential Cambodian international migrants. The application provides information on the opportunities and risks of international migration by using pre-recorded voice messages, mimicking calls to an IVR system, but without the actual phone calls. The application uses Self-IVR technology, developed by the Cambodian NGO Open Institute.
Self IVR technology allows the user to navigate information stored in the form of pre-recorded voice messages. The messages are stored on the phone, as part of this web app, and - unlike in normal IVR - they can be consulted at no cost.
