This Application links primary health facilities to elementary schools in Punjab
School Health & Nutrition Program was launched by the Government of Punjab to link primary health facilities with elementary schools in the Province of Punjab. The program was introduced under the Punjab School Health Program (PSHP) in 2007-08 with the assistance of UNICEF.
