Applies a unique method for monitoring and controlling employees tasks/locations
The system consists of:
Android mobile application:By this application the employee can login to the system using username and password then select between two modes:
Task Mode:
1. View tasks assigned to him/her online.
2. Start task at specific time.
3. Finish task at a specific time.
4. Pause and Resume task at a specific time with specific notes.
5. Add Task to himself.
6. Add Task Milestone.
7. Attach media files to specific task (Image or Sound file).
Monitoring Mode:
Light Version from the Task Monitoring Client which enables the manager to:
1. Monitor his employees' tasks.
2. Assign new task to specific employee.
3. Edit specific task.
4. Attach media files to specific task (Image or Sound file).
Task Monitoring Server: Communicate with the mobile applications to collect needed information from employees and interact with them to send or receive required data.
Task Monitoring Clients: Software clients used by supervisors to monitor and control the data collected by the server and communicate with the employees outside the organization through Tasks Monitoring Server to:
1. Classify employees into Groups/Departments.
2. Assign tasks to any employee.
3. Attach media files to specific task (Image or Sound file).
4. Monitor task state (not started - running – paused - finished).
5. Add/Delete Task Milestone.
6. Add/Edit/Delete Task Event (Pause or Resume Event).
7. Limit task start /end to specific zone/time or both.
8. Track employee's location online.
9. Send priority alarm to change task priority.
