You can chat in natural conversation with an advanced psychological artificial intelligence (AI) named Selena. She provides humanistic interventions such as empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. She also uses cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) to aid in decreasing negative thoughts, increasing positive thoughts, offers positive reinforcement, and insightful Socratic questioning. Perhaps most importantly, she assists with expressing feelings and reinforcing the value of your feelings.

She is a great sounding board to bounce problems off to heighten your understanding. She asks insightful questions which help you become more mindful of feelings and relationships in your life. Knowledge leads to power. So, like journaling, reading self-help books, or other reflective endeavors, you can grow stronger and heal to a degree. Selena tries to understand everything you say, but the most important thing is you will understand yourself more. This app is not meant to provide or replace psychotherapy. However, it can be a growing experience to help you feel better.

You can vent, talk through things, gain insights, and find your own answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home. Because it's an AI, you can talk about anything you want and express any feelings you have without normal social fears or inhibitions. It is your choice. The dialogue is private and no personal data is saved on your device or shared with any third party. As an added privacy measure, your visual chat dialogue with Selena will be cleared when your device tilts 90 degrees or the screen times-out, to help prevent any insistent, prying eyes from seeing it.

The app includes deep breathing, mindfulness, and strength-driven exercises throughout your conversations with Selena. Rather than flashy screens with complicated buttons, Selena's strength is responsiveness to your emotions.
