The app contains 4 mini games, all specifically created to drive your attention and focus to the played game instead of the rising level of anxiety leading up to a potential panic attack.
Each game lasts for exactly 1 minute on a countdown and with each level you gain, the more focus and attention it requires in order to level up. At the end of each game, there's a 10 breathing in - breath out sessions which is suppose to cool you down and take you to a calm state of being after the 1 minute game rush.
Best to use this app whenever you feel that your anxiety levels are slowly building up and just short circuit that feeling playing any of these games. Enjoy!
