U + Mobile phone insurance claim application (lost / damaged receipt and inquiry)
-LGU+ This is the official application of U+ developed and operated by LG U+ for compensation of customers who subscribe to mobile phone loss/damage insurance. (It cannot be used by customers with insurance from other carriers.)
-This application allows you to apply for loss or damage compensation depending on your insurance subscription product (smartphone/pad/watch).
-This application is supported from Android 7.0 or higher.
[Basic Guide]
-Damaged customers will be processed more quickly if you use the app after the A/S center repair is completed.
-For lost customers, please apply for'Location of Lost Phones' and'Report Loss' to U+ Customer Center (1644-5108).

1) You can log in according to your situation without a certificate.
-My mobile phone login (damaged): Mobile text message / U+ID authentication
-Login to another mobile phone (lost): Payment information for communication fees (enter the last four digits of your bank account/card number)

2) If you use the app, you can minimize the documents to be submitted.
-(Common Documents): You do not need to submit'Insurance Claim' and'Personal Information Processing Agreement', you only need to select 6 items in the app.
-(In case of damage): LG Electronics customers do not need to submit'Repair Receipt' and'Repair Estimate' as they are encrypted and linked to the telecommunication company/insurance company if they agree to provide repair information after the A/S center repair is completed.
※ Samsung Electronics/Apple customers need to register after taking the required documents (to be linked in the future).
-(In case of loss): You do not need to submit a'Lost Receipt'.
3) From requesting compensation to completion, we will apply immediately at a time and inform you of the progress.
-(In case of loss) You can select the compensation mobile phone directly from the app and pay the copay.
-(In case of loss) In case of receiving a compensation mobile phone, you can receive it on the day of receipt by visiting a nearby direct management store as well as a courier service (quickly available in Seoul/Gyeonggi).
