VPD Surveillance
VPD Surveillance and Response Application has been developed for case response activities. The application is used by surveillance teams for patient tagging, tagging of the households around the patient and submission of Case response form. The application is integrated with VPD Surveillance and Response System which then generates the consolidated reports on case response activities. This first release of the application focuses on four Vaccine preventable Diseases namely Measles, Pertussis, Diphtheria and Neonatal Tetanus
