If you have already started the process of a product, you will receive via email a link to start the video call in this process:
• We will validate your personal data
• We will capture the photograph of the requested documentation
• We will confirm your identity through a selfie
You only need:
• Have initiated a request for a product with digital contracting
• Receive via email the folio of your procedure and link for the video call
• Download the app: Inbursa video call
• Start the video call from a mobile device with a front camera
