ViewStar HD is an app that supposedly offers you a great selection of anime from the comfort of your Android. In theory, all you have to do is explore the content available and find what you're looking for. Then, tap on the play button and the download process should begin immediately.

There's a category that includes trending animes, another one with the recently added and yet another one with the entire catalog.
