The boss makes a new demand every few seconds or so. Every request adds a ticket to the top of the screen with a ticking timer.
You will need to prioritize his missions based on the time left and how long it takes to perform them.
He has a "health bar" signifying their irritation with you. Every mistake made or task fails, the bar drops. If it reaches zero, you get fired.
There is a "tantrum mode" when the boss's health bar gets lower than 25% happens. He will start yelling, stomping, and throwing things at you at that moment.
If you hit while carrying an item such as a coffee or a salad, the item will fly out of your hands and need to be picked up again.
To perform a task, you must go to the relevant station.
When close enough to the station, the action will perform automatically.

Some orders are simple and non-customizable, and others can be more complicated.
There are also tasks that should just be done without generating an item that needs to be brought back to the boss.
