Mobile application eParaksts mobile is a modern and secure e-identity verification tool that will be used for work on the portal eParaksts.lv, as well as for e-identity verification in other information systems throughout the European Union.
Signing documents
Sign documents with a secure electronic signature on the eParaksts.lv portal. You will be able to do this if you confirm your identity on the portal with eParaksts mobile. Documents signed with a secure electronic signature on the eParaksts.lv portal have the same legal force as documents signed in paper format.
E-identity verification
You will be able to use eParaksts mobile to confirm your e-identity both on the portal eParaksts.lv and in other information systems in Latvia and other European Union countries, where this possibility will be provided.
Start using
To use the application, register on the portal eParaksts.lv. You can perform the first registration even if you do not use the eSignature. Instead, use your Internet banking credentials. Once you have applied to receive eSignature mobile, you will be visited by a courier free of charge to sign an agreement on the use of eSignature. After that you will complete the registration in the eParaksts mobile portal and you will be able to start the eParaksts document.
If you are an eID card or eSignature card user, receive eParaksts.lv completely remotely - submit your data to the portal eParaksts.lv, sign an agreement on the portal with your eID card, download the application and start using eParaksts mobile.
To use eSignature mobile, you will need to know your eSignature mobile user number as well as your e-identity PIN.

If you are not a user of eSignature eID or eSignature card, you will be able to receive eSignature mobile only while in the territory of Latvia.
