my ACC app provides features for general public to submit corruption cases when such instances are found. Complainants can provide information so that ACC can contact for more information. Once the complaint is successfully submitted, an application number is provided which can be used for checking the status of the complaint. Complainants can get the complaint status using the application number from the app. Complaints that are submitted using other channels (e.g. walk-in, email, web) can also be searched if the complainant has the application number. The information submitted is stored in a secure database and then processed as per the rules and regulations.
